Filosofia Rocacorba Cafè: Honest Food
Des de Rocacorba Cafè volem aportar una cuina conscient i honesta amb l’entorn en el qual ens trobem, amb transparència cap al consumidor, amb una elecció de proveïdors locals de qualitat i amb una responsabilitat respecte a la nutrició i a la salut. Volem acostar la nostra consciència de compartir menjar de qualitat i saludable, utilitzant els millors ingredients dels mercats i proveïdors locals. #honestfood #drinklocal
Orígens
L’essència del nostre cafè va néixer el juny del 2017, a dalt de l’emblemàtica muntanya de Rocacorba, lloc de peregrinació de molts gironins, amb una Foodtruck (@rocacorbafoodtruck) que donava de menjar i beure a tots els excursionistes i ciclistes que rondaven la muntanya durant els caps de setmana. Poc temps després també vam ser presents a l’estació d’esquí Vallter 2000, amb un altre foodtruck. I l’abril de 2019 començava l’aventura al centre de Girona amb Rocacorba Cafè, que unia la nostra passió per la gastronomia, el cafè i l’esport. Apropant-nos a les persones amb les que compartim la nostra filosofia de productes locals, menjar saludable i la vinculació amb el món de l’esport.

Rocacorba Coffee philosophy: Honest Food
From Rocacorba Cafè we want to offer a conscious and honest kitchen with the environment in which we are, with transparency towards the consumer, with a choice of quality local suppliers and with a responsibility regarding nutrition and health. We want to bring our consciousness closer to sharing healthy and quality food, using the best ingredients from local markets and suppliers. #honestfood #drinklocal
Origins
The essence of our coffee was born in June 2017, at the top of the emblematic Rocacorba mountain, a place of pilgrimage for many gironins, with a Foodtruck (@rocacorbafoodtruck) that gave food and drink to all hikers and cyclists that they rode the mountain during the weekends. Just a short time later we were also present at the Vallter 2000 ski resort, with another foodtruck. And in April 2019 began the adventure in the center of Girona with Rocacorba Café, which unites our passion for gastronomy, coffee and sports. Approaching the people with whom we share our philosophy of local products, healthy food and the link with the world of sport.
