Shipping costs & Delivery time
Depending on where you are and how fast you need your order, there are different shipping options:
Spain: Free shipping on orders over 145€
- Standard Shipping 5,99€ ( 2-4 days)
- Express Shipping 9,99€ (1-2 days)
Europe, UK, Switzerland and Norway: Free shipping on orders over 145€
- Standard Shipping 14,95€ ( 4-7 days)
- Express Shipping 29,90€ (2-4 days)
International: Free shipping on orders over 300€
- Standard Shipping 24,95€ ( 5-12 days)
- Express Shipping 35,90€ (4-7 days)
Import Duties, Taxes & Fees
Orders delivered to addresses outside of EU may incur import duties and taxes. These costs are NOT INCLUDED in prices displayed on the store. Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and in some cases will need to be fully paid before delivery can be finalised depending on the importing country. Some deliveries may be delayed by the importing countries customs due to inspections. These are unfortunately out of the control of ourselves and our delivery partners. Our delivery partners may also charge processing fees for the import of the goods.
If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned and we will be charged the customs fees plus returns shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.
Returns
- You must provide the email used at the time of purchase and your order number. You can make your return HERE.
- Once you select the model, size, and reason for the return, you can indicate a pick-up address. A return label will be sent to you by email, which you should attach to the outside of the box. You can drop off the package at a pick-up point (the nearest locations will be displayed based on your postal code) or arrange for a pick-up at your address.
- How to prepare your return? Place the products inside their original box, and then inside the shipping box in which they were delivered to you. You must return them in perfect condition. Seal the shipping box; you can use tape. If you no longer have the shipping box, you can return them in any other box as long as it is securely closed.
- Once we receive the items in our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund of the product amounts (it may take 15-20 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the bank). You will receive an email when the refund has been processed.
You can return items to us for a refund up to 60 days after your goods are received, provided it is in its original, unused condition and you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Please allow up to 10 days for your returned items to be refunded.The return costs are borne by the buyer.
In the event that you have benefited from free shipping costs with your order, these will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
International Returns: Customs declarations for all Non-EU returns must be marked ‘Returned goods. No commercial value’.
Exchanges
You must provide the email used at the time of purchase and your order number. You can make your exchange HERE.
You can return an item for an exchange up to 60 days after your goods are received, if you’d like a different colour or size of the same item. If you want a different item, then you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. When you return your order, just pop your returns form in the parcel detailing your exchange size or colour. PLEASE fill out the ‘returns form’ that you will find along with your order and return it with your item.
The return costs are borne by the buyer, but the shipment of the new items are in charge of Rocacorba Clothing
