How long will delivery take?
Current delivery time within Spain is 2-4 business days, Europe (EU) is 4-7 business days, international orders is 5-12 days.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Girona, Spain

How much will shipping cost?
- Spain: Free shipping on orders over 145€. Standard Shipping 5,99€; Express shipping 9,99€.

- Europe, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway: Free shipping on order over 145€. Flat rate of 14,95€; Express shipping 29,95€.
International: Free shipping on orders over 250€. Current standard shipping cost for outside of Europe is: a flat rate of €24,95; Express Shipping: 35,95€.

Please note:

• All orders are dispatched out of Girona, Spain.
• We are not responsible for your local duties or taxes. As Rocacorba Clothing is a Spanish based company, you may be subject to transactional fees. Please contact your bank for more detailed information.
• Customers within the European Union will not be charged any additional duties upon receiving your order. International orders (outside of the EU) will have local duties or taxes. When in doubt check with your local customs office for current rates.
• Please be informed that if a client refuses to accept a package due to local import fees or taxes, the package is automatically  destroyed by the carrier. When this occurs, we reserve the right to refuse the order cancellation and refund. 
• Rocacorba Clothing will dispatch orders on business days. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please keep this in mind when placing orders on Saturday or Sunday.

- details and photos of your damaged product
- your original receipt
- any further helpful detail

and we'll provide you with a 40% discount on a replacement garment.
